We know how much new TV’s cost and have structured our business on keeping the price affordable so that it makes sense to have your TV repaired. I already know what is wrong with my TV, how much will it cost to repair?
We certainly understand there is an ample amount of information available on the internet, including videos, blogs, forums, and parts available for purchase. We are highly knowledgeable and educated when it comes to repairing electronics. This means we have years of experience repairing TVs and other electronic devices. With that said we operate our business in the most professional manner possible. Taking a customer’s word for what is wrong and making guesses and speculations over the phone is simply not something we do. There are too many variables as to what may be causing the problem you are having. For example, a customer may think a TV that will not turn on needs a replacement power supply. A variety of issues can cause the same symptom. We will not diagnose your TV over the phone, nor are we able to give prices on parts because we do not know exactly which part is bad or if it is available.

Why can't I fix it myself?
There are several reasons to have an electrical technician fix your TV for you. TVs are now sophisticated electronic devices. Many board repairs require advanced soldering techniques, if done incorrectly it will ruin the board. Now you have made a simple problem worse.
Keep in mind, TVs will retain an electrical charge, long after they have been unplugged. You are risking personal injury if you are unfamiliar with the safety protocols a trained electrician follows when working with this type of device.
Why not just replace it?
With a substantial drop in TV prices over the past few years many people now think TVs are disposable. Even though TVs today are much less expensive than they were years ago often we can repair your TV for a fraction of the price of a new TV.
How long will it take to repair my item?
The repair time will depend on the issue. Many problems can be diagnosed and fixed within an hour. If we have to order specific parts it may take 5-7 business days for the parts to arrive. The repair is typically finished and ready to pick up the day we receive the part.
What do I use to clean my TV screen?
Flat screen monitor screens are much more sensitive than older style televisions. They can be easily scratched and damaged. Protect your screen by following these simple instructions
- Turn off the device you are cleaning. If the screen is black, it is easier to locate the dirty spots that need extra attention such as fingerprints and other types of build-up like oil, dust and dirt.
- Use a dry, clean and soft cloth. Microfiber is ideal for this type of cleaning. Avoid things like paper towels, toilet paper, or old clothing which can scratch the screen or leave fibers behind.
- Wipe the screen very gently. If you push too hard on the screen it could result in the damaging the TV screen which is unrepairable.
If the dry cloth is just not removing all the spots, dampen the cloth very lightly with equal parts distilled water and white vinegar.
DO NOT spray anything on the screen. If the liquid runs down the screen it can cause damage to the circuit board at the bottom of the screen which is unrepairable.
The outside edges of the TV are typically made of plastic. You can use any type of all-purpose cleaner here. Just make sure you don’t get it on the screen!
