Pricing for Drop off service
A diagnostic charge of $42.50 will be charged when you drop off a TV. The diagnostic charge for a projector, audio/video amplifier, receiver, or any other electronic device is $85. The price is higher because they require more time to diagnose and require special tools. The diagnostic charge covers the technician’s time to determine what is wrong with your device, and what replacement parts are needed to fix it. Once the item has been dropped off and checked in, please allow 1-2 full business days for the unit to be looked at and diagnosed. Once the diagnostic of your device has been completed our office staff will price the parts needed to complete the repair and then call you with pricing, details of the repair, and an estimate of when the repiar will be completed. All diagnostic charges apply 100% toward the repair cost. The only time you lose the diagnostic fee is if the device is not repairable, parts are not available for the item, or you choose not to proceed with the repair.

- No need to call, but of course, you can if you want to chat. We are open M-F 8:30am-5pm. You do not need an appointment.
- We only need your TV or device, nothing else. Leave your power cord, wall mount bracket, TV stand, and remote at home.
Pricing for In-home service
We always prefer our customers bring their TVs and other electronics to us for repair but we do understand certain circumstances don’t allow that. In-home service calls are a flat rate of $85 plus a trip charge of either $25 (within 15 miles of our office) or $50 (between 15-25 miles from our office). In most electronic repairs, especially TVs, a part is needed to complete the repair. Since the parts are so unique to your model of TV or device there is no way for the technician to carry all the parts that could be needed. Because of this, the first trip out the technician is typically only able to diagnose the problem and determine what part has failed. The office staff will then quote the part or parts needed for the repair, and see if you want to proceed with the repair. When we return on the second trip to make the repair to the TV we will charge the same labor and trip charge again. Please note! We do stock over 5,000 parts in our warehouse here in Indianapolis. We will try to gather your TV or electronics model number and bring any associated parts with us that we have in stock to avoid multiple trips.
Ready for a house call?
- Call us. Often times we can come out same day or next business day.
- In the event, your TV is wall mounted someone at the house may need to be available to assist our technician in removing the TV from the wall.
- We only accept credit or debit cards for house calls. All payments are taken in advance as our technician is not responsible for collecting payment.
For drop off service, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. For in-home service, all payments are taken in advance over the phone with credit card or debit card.
All services carry a 60-day warranty on parts and labor. This means if there is a recurrence of the same problem we fixed or any fault which is connected to the original problem we will either try to fix the issue at no additional charge or if we cannot fix the problem we will refund you 100% minus the diagnostic fee.
